Kenworth Dealer Training is excited to announce that Andra Herbst is the first person to graduate from the Service Certification Program for Advisor/Foreman and Service Managers.

Customer service has been the focus of Andra’s career at Kenworth Sales – Heyburn. According to Dennis Dimond, Service Manager, “Andra has been instrumental in reorganizing the flow and communication within our service department.” He went on to say that it is this attention to communication that helps her excel as a Service Advisor. “She is a great listener ensuring our customers have a full understanding of all of their options from start to finish.”

Andra enjoyed the training that led to her receiving this certification. “The most valuable thing is the additional knowledge and understanding gained that I can apply to my position so I can better perform my job. It enables me to better assist the customer.”

She continued saying that learning is her favorite part of the job. “I like having the opportunity to continue to learn something new every day and being able to help people understand their vehicles better. The more I learn, the more I can help drivers and owners care for their trucks.”

Andra is a perfect example of the benefits of training. She is already good at her job, but training helps her be even better, which translates to improved customer service. Dennis wrapped up by saying, “The diligence in her duties and the way she conducts herself is greatly appreciated and highly valued.”

Managers, advisors, and foremen who meet all requirements for certification will receive a customized wall plaque and desktop nameplate in recognition of their achievement. Congratulations on a job well done – Andra!
