By far, the best customer service experience from a Kenworth Repair shop! Everyone we worked from the beginning to the end of our repair was friendly, helpful, patient, and kind. The day/night shifts communicated with each other so that no one was out of the loop. They kept us informed throughout the entire repair process, worked well with our warranty company, and did every single thing they said they would do. DEF Pump, Dosing Module, and Harness Replacement. Diagnosed Wednesday, warranty approval and parts ordered on Thursday, repairs completed late Friday during night shift. Out the door Sat morning with no Invoice issues. Can't say enough... wish every KW repair shop could get it together like these guys!
I kick myself for not getting the names of the people I worked with in parts and service ... all of them were not only exceptionally knowledgeable and helpful but also very courteous. If I'm near Boise with a truck and have an issue, there is no question who I will go back to! I went into this shop in limp mode. To my surprise, my truck was put into the shop earlier than I was told or expecting. Not only did they promptly get me back on the road, but they actually charged me what was quoted. These people are definitely good people. I had a wheel seal that was leaking and I had to get the truck repaired right away because I had a contract and an obligation to make sure I fulfill that so I contacted Kenworth and they said that they would get it in and try to work it into the schedule and they did exactly that and they put off other work to get mine done and out the door and I'm totally grateful and satisfied with their service I really appreciate what they did
Had to get a def sensor replaced. The part arrived the next afternoon, and I was out the door the next morning. Staff is quite friendly and helpful!
Cool Runnings Logistics out of Kenosha, WI had a loaded tractor breakdown in Pocatello, ID on Friday afternoon, 1/14/22. Multiple calls to rental agencies and dealerships were made looking for a tractor rental. Luckily, Kenworth Sales in Salt Lake City just had a rental returned. As we all know, it takes time to fill out a credit app and put together the proper paperwork to rent a tractor. District Rental Manager Alisha Kierstead, and her Credit Department worked past normal business hours to make this rental happen. We were able to pick up the rental tractor Saturday morning at the Service Counter, ultimately delivering the load as scheduled to our customer on Monday. Thank You to Alisha and her colleagues for going the extra mile on a Friday night to make this rental happen.

Quite possibly the best service department and mechanics I have ever dealt with. I live in Nampa and whenever my truck needed service when I was home that's where it went. The service writer's knew who you were and what needed to be done and the mechanics could and would answer questions in such a manner to make you feel comfortable that they were more than competent. Never did I leave that shop only to find out that the repairs were not properly completed.
